massage (eng)

Loïc’s journey through and with his body as a dancer gradually taught him not to behold it as a tool but as a landscape, a space to inhabit. A physical space to respect, treat well, have fun with, challenge and nurture. A multifaceted nest. Living in that nest inevitably reveals other people’s bodies as coexisting little sanctuaries, architectures for whereabouts, resources, actions requiring energy. Bits of poetry in movement. And organically, step by step, the notion of care starts to make sense. And so, step by step, Loïc has been learning, practicing and now offers massages.

The invitation to Loïc’s massage is simple yet transformative: enter the session with kindness and consideration towards yourself, lay down, and close your eyes.

performance (eng)
