my fascination with the body lies at the core of everything i do.

it is where all my practices begin — choreography, writing, massage, and teaching.

my journey as a dancer taught me not to behold the body as a tool, but as a landscape — a space to inhabit, respect, challenge, and nurture. a multifaceted nest where movement and meaning reflect one another.

through performance, touch, language, and transmission, i am engaged in an ongoing conversation with bodies — and the information, the poetry each of these unique landscapes has to reveal.
